Before wetsanding your wheels, get a tiny container of the clear coat you used, and build up the fisheyes with tiny bits of the clear coat at a time. I have used a paper clip bent into a strait peiece of metal...just dip it in the cler coat, then apply the clear to the fish eye until it is built up above the rest of the paint. Once it's built up, wait a day or so, then come back and carefully wetsand those areas till smooth. Once smooth, wetsand the rest of the paint, and the fisheyes are gone. Polish and waxed and you're done. Has worked for me and will easily work on just wheels. Have fun and take your time.
